Gil has been my direct manager in an intensive, stressing startup environment, he had the vision and experience to create an efficient team, lead us through stormy water with limited resources, and allow us to grow in this environment.

 

Gil led the critical innovation and IP efforts of the struggling company. We developed numerous inventions and product improvements that were protected effectively and efficiently in just a few jumbo patent applications. 

Personally Gil has been the best of my bosses. I constantly try to practice his methods to cultivate my employees.
